Greehey &
Company, Ltd.
is an Independent oil and gas exploration and
production company, currently engaged in the
development of the Overbrook Oil Field of Carter
County, OK and of the North Sullivan City Gas Field
of Starr & Hidalgo Counties, TX. We have proven,
producing reserves in both of these fields where we
are engaged in ongoing development drilling. In both
fields we have extensive geological mapping and in
Texas, new 3-D seismic. We are in the process of
offsetting our existing producing wells with new
wells in the same formations on numerous additional
locations within our existing lease block. Greehey &
Co. operates the wells in Overbrook Field, Oklahoma.
In N. Sullivan City Field, Texas our partners
include the Operator, Touchstone Resources of
Houston. We are also engaged in developing
additional prospects in South Texas and Southern
Oklahoma.
Sid Greehey,
age 48, is President of Greehey & Company. Sid is a
business graduate of SMU with additional Petroleum
Landman training at the University of Texas, Austin.
Sid has been actively engaged as an Independent oil
producer and oil field service company owner for
over twenty years. In addition to being an
Independent oil operator, Sid has owned and operated
several oil field service companies engaged in
trucking, mud engineering and chemical supply. When
Sid first graduated from college, he worked as a
Landman for Border Exploration, a division of
Coastal Corporation and than later for Bright &
Company. Sid Greehey and Jim McCall formed Greehey &
Company, Ltd. to explore for and produce relatively
low risk oil and gas opportunities.
Jim McCall,
age 47, is a minority partner in Greehey & Company,
and is a Certified Petroleum Landman. Jim has been
actively engaged in the oil business since
graduating with honors in both Business (BBA) and
Economics (BA) from the University of Texas, Austin
in 1977 & 1979. Jim has extensive land and
regulatory experience in Oklahoma and Texas and has
previously worked for Chevron and Coho Resources.
